POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

PART-TIME WEEKEND MANAGER

Park Towers Condominiums, one of Denver’s premier luxury high rises, is seeking a weekend front-desk manager. We’re looking for a well-groomed, friendly, professional to ensure the efficient weekend operation of the property under the direction of the Community Manager. This person will also assume responsibility for the community in the Community Manager’s absence. The work hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interacting with all residents and guests in a polite and professional manner,
• Maintaining a positive attitude, professional appearance, and courteous disposition at all times,
• Monitoring surveillance cameras,
• Monitoring and securing the lobby and building,
• Logging and announcing visitors,
• Logging and delivering packages, flowers, etc. to residents,
• Regularly walking the property to ensure the highest standards are being maintained,
• Light housekeeping duties including cleaning the lobby and elevators daily, plus the Atrium, Guest Suite, exercise room, and garages as needed,
• Limited snow removal and plant watering during seasonal periods,
• Cleaning, testing, servicing, and maintaining the swimming pool when open (approximately 5 months from May thru September), and
• Other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent is required, Associates Degree or more a plus,
• Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented,
• Professional verbal and written communication skills,
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills,
• Previous experience in a front desk and/or high-rise environment a plus,
• Must have solid references,
• Must be able to work occasional weekdays during the Community Manager’s absence,
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Compensation:

• $15 to $17 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• No nights
• Weekends only

• Denver, CO 80218: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
