Apple Ford Lincoln Apple Valley, the LARGEST Ford Service Department, has a career opportunity for an experienced Parts and Service Director. The perfect candidate will be able to manage departments focusing on customer satisfaction, employee development, facilities & business development, and financial performance.

Essential Duties:
- Forecast goals & objectives for the department & strive to meet them
- Strive for harmony & teamwork with all other depts.
- Prepare & administer an annual operating budget for the Service Dept.
- Attend manager’s meetings.
- Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with, federal, state and local regulations that affect service & parts operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right-to-know, etc.
- Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all Service & Parts
Department staffs. - Direct & schedule the activities of all dept. employees.
- Provide technical assistance to employees as needed.
- Conduct meetings with dept. employees to discuss activities and problems of mutual
interest. - Monitor Service & Parts payroll records.
- Establish & maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat referral business.
- Serve as liaison with factory representatives.
- Greet all customers promptly and give fair estimates on costs and time required for repairs & maintenance.
- Handle all customer complaints.
