We have a position for you! Look to hire motivated, hard working individual to join our parts team.

This individual will perform a variety of customer service, sales, and stocking duties related to the parts sales, receiving and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe and profitable operation of the parts department.

Job Duties:

• Orders and purchases equipment parts; verifies parts numbers from appropriate catalogs; prepares purchase request.
• Contacts vendors for ordering parts.
• Checks all incoming purchases against invoices; stocks supplies in appropriate bins.

• Label all parts in stockroom according to prearranged system and assist with cycle count duties.

• Record all sales and/or customer transactions using Company provided systems and guidelines.

• Pick items from sales orders, prepare for shipment, and gather parts as needed for work orders

• Keep parts department clean and professional.

• Take a proactive approach to inventory control by reporting discrepancies to management.

• Proactively study, review and stay current on industry and product information to best service our customers.

• Assist in maintaining the retail sales floor and displays according to dealerships standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Pick up and deliver parts for customers and vendors as needed.

• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with customers, coworkers, management and vendors, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.

• Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Parts: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• ASE Certification (Preferred)
