Represent Urban Air Trampoline Park by maintaining a professional attitude in keeping with the park’s philosophy.

- > Communicate and enforce all park regulations and rules in a personable and professional manner.

- > Attend ALL scheduled staff meetings.
- > Participate in and help facilitate staff training.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Handling customer calls for booking parties, field trips, team building events, corporate events etc

• Calls for confirming parties and food orders
• Schedule parties and hosts
• Finding coverage for hosts as and when needed
• Inventory management for Party Supplies
• Making sure the party process is smooth on the weekends, checking in and out party guests
• Should resolve matters with party parents if any issues and being customer friendly at all times
• Checking up on parties and making sure the host is available at all times to ensure we give 100% customer service.
• Training Party Hosts and covering up for their absence

Skills :

* Multi-tasking

* Basic Computer handling ability

* Key & Money Handling

* Organizational skills required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
