PATIENT ACCESS REP
SUMMARY OF JOB:
Admits patients as indicated by the Emergency Department. Ensures all information is entered timely and accurately. Performs direct admission process as requested. Verifies patient insurance information and obtains authorizations for service. Coordinates bed assignments for patients being admitted to the hospital. Maintains bed management for the facility.
RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma/GED required. Must be able to provide official proof of completion.
