Provide direct visual surveillance for patients under the supervision of nursing staff.
Ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients.
You will identify and proactively communicates any changes in patient condition, results, behavior, observations, or complaints and reports to RN/Charge RN/LPN.
Contribute to a culture of patient centered care by ensuring a quiet healing environment.
Communicate and interact with patients, families and others in a caring, empathetic, courteous, and respectful manner!
