Job Description Summary:
Responsible for handling incoming phone calls to our group practice and scheduling patients for appointments with the doctors in our various locations.

Essential Skills and Abilities:
Experience in HEALTHCARE AND SCHEDULING PATIENT APPOINTMENTS is required. Applicant must have excellent customer service and communication skills and respond to internal, external patients and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Being empathetic and able to give focused attention to the detailed needs of our patients is required. The ability to multi task, the use of strong organizational skills, always responding using good communication skills, and managing complaints in a professional and timely manner will lead to success to this position.

As a team spirited individual, applicant must promote a positive work environment and treat all staff with respect.

2 years Medical / Healthcare experience required.
