Title: Payer Partnerships Associate

Overview of the Role:
Oversees account management and serves as lead project manager of value based contract initiatives in conjunction with business analytics and population health market leads. Troubleshoots issues across both Privia and payer partners across all lines of business. Serves as key communication liaison across payers and directs inquiries to the appropriate Privia health team.
Essential Job Duties:
- Coordinates and provides administrative support for national & market level Payer meetings, project planning and strategy meetings.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder communication through regular meetings, status updates, and other written communications
- Work collaboratively with various internal PMG departments to efficiently communicate and execute on action plans and compliance-related initiatives.
- Maintain team dashboards and progress on key objectives
- Develop project plans to ensure key objectives are achieved and Support implementation of strategies and tactics.
Other Job Duties:
- Build trackers or reports to monitor performance against key objectives, strategic plans.
- Assist with Implementation of New Quality, Cost and RA VBCs in New and Existing markets
- Track Performance of New Quality, Cost and RA VBCs in New and Existing markets
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Performs work under direct supervision.
- Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
- Must comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations
