Role Summary
This position serves as the account team Running Back or feet on the ground with the primary function of processing payroll and understanding the unique nuances of all client payroll, applicable deductions and integration of benefits. The Account Manager will provide general back-up, collaborate and support resolution of issues around payroll, time & attendance, HR technology, and benefits, among other HR issues. This role is responsible for client satisfaction at the level they interface with regularly, and executing Special Requests as delegated or assigned
Your Responsibilities
- Follow protocols to achieve Client Experience target
- Use Daily Planner to outline and define your day
- Admin back-up and support, as needed and approved by HR Operations
- Process Payroll per SOP and Payroll Checklist
- Send HR Ops Manager payroll audit, invoice and payroll register
- Send invoice and G/L; verify paychecks mailed; send reports
- New Hire Audit
- I9 Verifications
- W2/W4 Audits
- Wage Requests
- MN Earnings Statements
- Client Reports by request
- Back-up to employee HR helpline

*Starting salary for this role is $40,000.
