Tapestry Health, a multi-specialty group currently practicing in 40 states, is seeking a Payroll Accountant to join the team.

Payroll Accountant Responsibilities:

· Work in conjunction with finance department to collect, compute, and document payroll data.

· Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis for 200 plus employees

· Review payroll payments and account reconciliations.

· Ensuring records and processes comply with company and legal regulations.

· Coordinating with HR and accounting to verify employee data and accounts.

· Maintaining accurate account balances and detailed records for auditing.

· Managing and resolving any issues related to payroll.

· Preparing reports and statistical analysis.

· Work in coordination with Corporate Controller to process payroll

Qualification Requirements:

· Degree in business administration, accounting, or finance required.

· Previous experience in payroll processing, accounting, or human resources.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software.

· Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legal regulations across multi-states.

· Knowledge of multi-state tax filings a plus

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong math and analytical skills.

· Paycor experience preferred but no required

· General ledger knowledge preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
