ACE Accounting Services located in Brick, NJ 08723 is experiencing rapid growth and our Payroll Department is looking for the next Payroll Administrator to join our team.
In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
*Processing multiple payrolls and calculating wages and deductions in compliance with federal, state and local wage and hour laws.
*Review time keeping system, wages and additional data (such as tip allocation) to identify and reconcile payroll discrepancies with accuracy.
*Handle employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves and transfers.
*Assist with the onboarding of new employees.
*Ensure superior customer service while acting as the primary contact for our clients for payroll
Requirements for the position include:
*1-5 Years of Experience (Rate of Pay offered dependent of experience)
*Any Payroll Software Experience (currently using ADP RUN).
*Exceptional customer service with the ability to communicate within all levels of an organization.
*Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and have Quick Books experience
