QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Minimum of Associate Degree in a finance related field of study, or a minimum of 2 years full-time equivalent work experience.

Work Experience:

Previous Payroll experience required.

Healthcare payroll experience highly desired.

Skills Requirements:

Kronos, Meditech and KRONOS Workforces Dimensions experience is preferred.

Can-do mentality and readiness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to managers/employees.

Remarkable attention to detail.

Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize many tasks and complete them with accuracy and efficiency.

Ability to handle tasks with a sense of urgency and confidentiality.

Ability to work in a fast-pace environment with constant interruptions.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Language Requirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to sit, working on a computer for 6 hours or more and stand/walk for 2 hours or more per day.

Must be able to lift and push between 10 and 50 pounds and work in an office environment with customary office machines.

$75000/ year on W2
