Assists Payroll Supervisor with bi-weekly payroll preparation and processing for hourly (non-exempt) and salaried (exempt) employees. Provides payroll-related “customer service” to all employees. Manages medical documentation to ensure compliance.

  • Adds and properly configures new employee pay data in ADP payroll system.
  • Analyzes, verifies, reconciles and transfers caregiver shift data data from CellTrak system to Netsmart system on a daily basis.
  • Collects, analyzes, reconciles and processes Case Manager/Therapist timesheets on a weekly basis. Manually enters Case Manager ADP time entries into Netsmart system for overtime allocation.
  • Collects, verifies, and processes time & attendance records in ADP for work performed by main office hourly employees.
  • Ensures Paid-Time-Off (PTO) requests, On-call Time, Comp Time, Mileage Reports, Weekend Bonuses, Critical Pay, Referral Bonuses, Hire-on Bonuses and other special pay programs are properly applied to employees’ pay in ADP.
  • Updates and enters employee payrate increases in Netsmart and ADP.
  • Ensures ADP payrate and other tables are always current and properly configured.
  • Prepares and processes bi-weekly payroll for salaried (exempt) employees and “clean up” activities.
  • Responds to employee inquiries and complaints in a professional, timely manner.

Prior Work Experience/Required Skills

  • Prior work experience with payroll or accounting preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications required (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills required
  • Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality are critical requirements
  • Prior work experience with ADP Workforce Now, CellTrak, or Netsmart systems a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
