Job description

Seeking individuals who have at least 2 years of experience with HR & Payroll and client services. Tasks include client implementation and support using HR/Timekeeping/Payroll application. The position will deliver customized, timely implementation services and customer service by documenting client requirements, implementing new clients and assisting with concerns, payroll troubleshooting, and questions while delivering accurate, friendly and dependable client resolutions.

Responsibilities for this position include:

· Payroll implementation services and new client setup

· Assisting clients pre and post implementation

· Client setup and training

· Managing and preparing client payrolls

Candidate must have excellent personal skills and be able to work effectively with multiple clients.

High School Degree/GED required. College preferred. Experience with payroll or HR systems strongly preferred. Excellent written and oral communication and required. Expertise in MS Office and Outlook is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $45.00 per hour
