A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Child and Family Agency of Southeastern CT (CFA) was founded in 1972 to support and nurture our community’s most vulnerable children and families. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care to our service area. CFA is seeking a Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner Position to join a team of nurse practitioners passionate about providing high-quality medical care focused on preventative services and health education of students, families, schools, and communities in our School-Based Health Center Program. Will be working collaboratively with on-site mental health clinicians to provide a holistic approach.

We are looking for candidates interested in a Full time position to provide medical services to children in our School Based Health Centers in the Groton Middle School.

Qualifications: Graduation from accredited school of nursing; Current APRN license as either a PNP or FNP to work in Connecticut; CT RN license required; Bachelor’s and Master’s degree required. DNP doctoral degree preferred. National certification required. Applicants must be able to perform tasks independently with minimal direct supervision. Position also requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Will consider new graduate.
