Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) is looking for talented healthcare team members to step into our culturally diverse health centers! NOAH requires all new hires to have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine before their start date and be scheduled for their second dose. New hires who choose to receive the Johnson & Johnson vaccine only need one dose to fulfill this requirement. Reasonable accommodations will be considered.

JOB SUMMARY
Provides direct patient care to pediatric patients served by NOAH. Provides oversight of mid-level providers if required. May operate in a lead capacity and have additional administrative responsibilities, per contract.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Clinical Duties
    • Provide direct patient care to eligible patients at the NOAH Clinics in accordance with Community Health Center Standards and evidence based treatment guidelines.
    • Maintains, monitors and ensures accurate and timely documentation of patient encounter records to meet criteria set forth by NOAH and HIPAA and supporting granting agencies.
    • Interacts with patients and families, school nurses, teachers, social workers and other outside agencies as appropriate. Provides counseling education and resource information on wellness, prevention of illness and health maintenance.
    • Interacts professionally and effectively with NOAH clinic staff and management.
    • Acts in a fiscally responsible manner. Works with management on program sustainment protocols. Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION
Required

  • M.D. or D.O Arizona State licensure

EXPERIENCE
Required

  • Member of NOAH Medical Staff
  • Good teaching skills.
  • Board certified or eligible in Pediatric Medicine.

Preferred

  • Bilingual-Spanish

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE/ETC.
Required

  • Fingerprint Clearance Card - State - have a current Fingerprint Clearance card or within seven working days after employment shall apply and be eligible for a Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • BLS
  • It is expected that all certifications, licenses, etc. are renewed by the expiration date to remain compliant.
