The People & Culture Coordinator, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) provides administrative and operational support to the DEI team which fosters a diverse workforce, cultivates an inclusive culture, and enhances employee engagement. The Coordinator assists with duties related to internal training, internal and external programming, recruiting efforts, and workplace awards.

- High school diploma or GED, required
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Experience:
- One (1) year of administrative experience, required
- Experience in Human Resources and/or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, preferred
Software:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database systems, specifically PowerPoint, required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong project and time management skills with a sense of “ownership” for project assignments and day-to-day responsibilities
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all matters
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Desire to learn and expand knowledge base
