The Digital Marketing Specialist leads the execution of digital marketing initiatives to drive growth and retention and move the global business forward. The ideal candidate has experience working on paid social or search platforms, understands the paid media channels, is comfortable understanding data trends, and is focused on constant performance improvement. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Performance Marketing, MGI.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the performance marketing team focusing on campaign implementation, performance, and optimizations
• Partner with agencies to brief, provide materials, and supervise execution and reporting across Paid Search, Social, and Display initiatives
• Work collaboratively with the creative, brand and merchandise teams on asset development, scheduling, and ad performance
• Work with the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to develop strategic campaigns including budgeting, messaging, and creative phasing
• Monitor key KPIs on ongoing campaigns, proactively flagging any issues and suggesting paths for improvements
• Maintain and update internal documentations, reports, team calendars and launch schedules
• Work collaboratively on quarterly and monthly reporting decks and present them to the shareholders

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in paid media on campaign execution
• Well-organized, attention to details, able to optimize work processes and build structure
• Excellent analytical skills, able to synthesize data and draw actionable insights
• Experience with Excel and Power Point
• Basic knowledge of the major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, Bing) is required
• Understanding of the paid media landscape
• Understanding of basic marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS etc.), what they mean and when they are utilized in the marketing funnel
• Strong interest in digital media channels
• Effective communications skills, able to collaborate cross-functionally, able to work in a fast-paced environment
