Nursing leadership at this medical center is seeking a Nurse Director or highly experienced Nurse Manager of Surgical/Perioperative Services who is ready to raise the bar on metrics and lead by example with a collaborative, patient-centered team approach.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all nursing aspects of Pre-Op, OR, PACU, Endo, and Ambu Surgery
- Develop a partnership across all service line RN managers and delegate responsibilities evenly throughout the perioperative service line
- Actively manage and participate in all departmental staffing decisions; including orientation, training, evaluation, and termination activity
- Work collaboratively with the CNO by analyzing past strategies, data, and surveys to develop future goals for the nursing units
- Prepare and adhere to operational and financial budgets, establishing fiscal accountability throughout the service line units
- Master's of Science in Nursing MSN required
- Current RN license in New York
- 5+ years of OR/surgical, perioperative services, 3+ RN management experience
