What Would I Do?
We are looking to hire 4 additional Personal Assistants in the next few weeks. Personal Assistants work in houses where one, two, or three clients live. Our preference is to hire for our overnight positions, although we will also hire highly qualified candidates for some daytime roles. Overnight positions tend to work 10- to 12-hour shifts that are usually between the hours of 9:00pm and 9:00am. Overnight positions are ideal for candidates who are taking online classes or who have hobbies that can be done at night.
Overnight Position Responsibilities
- Ensure that clients are safe
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Light cleaning (approximately 60-90 minutes each night
- Remain awake (team members often do this through crafts, hobbies, online classes, binge-watching TV, working out, playing video games, reading, etc.)
Day Position Responsibilities
- Help clients learn new skills.
- Help clients with personal needs as they arise.
- Help clients explore fun places and events in the communjity
- Help clients pursue their hobbies and interests.
These positions include frequent rasies, promotions, and advancement within Trendline Consulting.
What is the Pay Like?
Personal Assistant: Nights Full-Time: Perryville / St Mary, MO
- Minimum Hourly Pay: $15.75/hr (including bonus) x 40 hrs = $630.00/wk
- Minimum Monthly Total: $2,700.00 per month
Personal Assistant: Days Full-Time: Perryville / Ste. Genevieve, MO
- Minimum Hourly Pay: $15.25/hr (including bonus) x 40 hrs = $610.00/wk
- Minimum Monthly Total: $2,614.00 per month
