We are looking for Personal Care Workers to join our team. We have various shifts available and different days/evenings. If you are looking for a job in the health care setting with opportunities to learn and advance, come join our team!

Pay $14.91 – 17.93/hr

Responsibilities

· Assist clients with daily living tasks

· Prepare meals

· Keep work and living area clean for clients

· Follow specific program plans for clients

· Help clients with transfer needs

· Assist clients with meds as directed

Skills

· Ability to complete training required by TCHCC

· Attend meetings as required

· Able to keep outside areas maintained via mowing/snow shoveling etc.

· Be familiar with area specific emergency procedures

· Comply with Federal, State, and County laws/codes

· Adapt to changing situations

Education

· High School Diploma or GED

· Complete Personal Care Worker/Direct Care experience or ability to obtain PCW Direct Care Competency certification

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

· Valid Wisconsin Driver's License

· To obtain Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI) Certificate
