Overview
Novant Health is seeking a Clinic Athletic Trainer that serves as part of the rehabilitation care team and as an expert in developing and implementing developmental performance plans to bridge formal rehabilitation and client activity goals. The performance clinic athletic trainer is responsible for being a part of the performance team with coaching groups of athletes, adults and individuals to reach their highest levels in preparation for competition and life. Promote Novant Health within own entity as well as through community outreach initiatives and serve as an integral part of the healthcare delivery team.

Qualifications
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree required. Bachelors’ degree in athletic training or equivalent from a CAATE accredited program required. Graduate Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of one year experience as a certified athletic trainer having participated in various administrative, educational or medical support services required. Physician extender background and experience with an electronic medical record preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: NATABOC Certification (National Athletic Trainers Association-Board of Certification) required.
- Additional Skills (required): Excellent written and communication skills. Must be able to work within multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
