Assists the Director-Pharmacy and Pharmacist with medications. Is held accountable for policies and procedures of the department and organization. This position supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of CommonSpirit Health.

Qualifications
Certification by the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)
High School Diploma or GED
No experience required.
Established leadership skills
Knowledge of coaching and mentoring practices
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to prioritize and organize workload
Ability to deal tactfully with all internal and external customers
Knowledge of Joint Commission environment of care standards.
PREFERRED: Pharmacy Tech experience
