Job description

Ambitious Photographer/Videographer who is innovative, experienced and excited to be part of a fast-paced environment that creates new and engaging content every day. This is a paid, full time position based out of our office and studio in San Diego. The ideal candidate has proven success in articulating a concept, sourcing inspiration, shooting, editing, and retouching photos/videos.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Work collaboratively to develop ideas with other members of Cymbioitka’s content team, stakeholders, brand, producers, vendors, etc to establish project goals.

 Pre-production (location scouting, preparing for on-camera interviews, equipment maintenance, etc.)

 Capable of meeting tight deadlines and quickly turning around high-end video content

 Shoot and edit for weekly, monthly and quarterly photo and videos needs and social content

 Work with other members on the creative and account management teams to execute the brand’s goals

 Take part in and assist with all facets of creative productions needs, from pre-production to shooting to post-production Requirements

 3+ years experience in photography/Videography

 High proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Capture One, and Google Suite is a must.

 Ability to work with mirrorless/dslr, cinema cameras, field recorders using boom and wireless microphones, three-point lighting with continuous LED kits, and proper asset management.

 Exceptional knowledge of studio lighting and retouching

 High proficiency in camera operation

 Ability to determine lighting requirements for shots

 Excellent interpersonal communication skills

 Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

 Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

 Sense of ownership and understanding of its impact on company’s success

 Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

 The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

 Impeccable time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
