- Assess patient's injury based on medical records and patient consultation. Determine and implement appropriate care plan.
- Ensure documentation is updated to patient record in timely manner.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with staff, patient, and patient's family.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice.
