Geriatric Care Services (GCS) is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their highest level of independence and bridging the transition from illness to wellness at home and community, by emphasizing the restoration of mobility and function. Join us in providing an Abundant Life® to patients, participants, residents and their families on our campuses and within their home communities.
The Physical Therapist provides quality Physical Therapy services including resident/patient/client assessment, evaluation, care planning, treatment and consultation in an interdisciplinary environment at Lutheran SeniorLife facilities/agencies including, as assigned, skilled nursing facilities, LIFE programs, home health and/or outpatient clinics.
This position will float between our various locations, looking for someone with flexibility to cover multiple counties in Western, PA. Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four]year college or university with a degree in Physical Therapy; masters or doctoral preferred.
- One (1) to two (2) years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with senior population.
- Working knowledge of computer software required for documentation and communication.
- Maintains current PA license as Physical Therapist including meeting continuing education requirements.
