Spring Creek Healthcare Center located in Perth Amboy, NJ is currently seeking a PTA to join our therapy team.

Responsibilities:
- Working directly with Physical Therapist and complete instructions provided by physical therapist as advised.
- Assist patients in performance of therapeutic exercises under the direct supervision of Physical Therapists.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and record keeping.
- Perform other diverse duties as requested or required.
