Orthopedic Advanced Practitioner-
North Country Orthopaedic Group in partnership with Carthage Area Hospital and Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center is seeking an Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join an established, growing practice of three Orthopedic Surgeons and five Physician Assistants.

- Be part of a 3 system network and Multi-Specialty Team to provide care and services across the North Country. With the opportunity to travel.
- Must be motivated, engaged and committed to providing quality driven care and be operationally driven to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency
- Play an integral role in the advancement and partnership of care across the network.
- NYS licensed and have at least 1 year Orthopedic experience
- Will enjoy Work life balance with a Monday-Friday daytime schedule with rotation call coverage.
Offer Package Outline:
Competetive Starting Salary plus wRVU Production Incentive once physician meets MGMA median threshold
PTO – 216 hours (includes vacation, personal, sick) plus 6 holidays
