salary: $20 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities

• Supervise/perform daily activities of the warehouse operation: including quality assurance, inventory control, receiving, shipping, logistics, and customer service.
• Sustain customer loyalty by meeting ship cycle time expectations and housekeeping
• Meet operational goals and objectives for: Fulfillment Performance, Timely and correct receipt of inbound materials, Cycle Counting
• Establish and maintain timely and effective communications with all reporting structures keeping all informed of facility problem areas as well as other relevant operational issues.
• Establish a team-oriented environment with open and consistent administration of BHC policies and practices
• Maintain training programs for assigned personnel (2-7 team members)
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly. Oversee general maintenance of the infrastructure
• Review, analyze, and develop plans for loss prevention

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
