Main accountabilities

  • Ensure the governance processes required by the long-term agreements with Primient are operating effectively, with any issues documented and raised for resolution / escalation
  • Identify pain points associated with the LTAs and evaluate potential solutions using a CI mindset
  • Ensure processes required (not captured in LTAs) are formalised as part of ongoing operating procedures
  • Build a strong relationship within T&L to ensure good flow of information and collaboration opportunities between the various area involved with partnership handoffs
  • Consolidate the JV OPCO balanced scorecard each month, working with functional leads to understand and articulate T&L’s performance to T&L operations leadership and Primient BRM
  • Develop and track the balanced scorecard metrics to maintain relevance beyond the first year of operation with Primient and to drive action and accountability
  • Engage with rTSA leads to ensure status tracking on rTSA exit plans is communicated
  • Enhance the supply planning process with Primient and within T&L related to Primient produced products, including collection and analysis of data related to inventory and shipments
  • Support, through data analysis, the teams working to improve plant profitability through SKU rationalization and mix

Performance measure

  • Delivery of monthly JV OPCO reporting
  • Escalating and resolving issues within T&L as they arise
  • Builds strong relationships with T&L internal teams
  • Delivers high quality and accurate analysis and reports

Skills and experience required

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Team player, with focus on identifying and implementing improvements
  • High attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to interpret larger legal agreements to ensure compliance or drive for clarity or process enhancements
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across the busines
