Job Description Summary:
Installation and start-up of the new machines, lines and systems.
Assist in general maintenance including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automated equipment repair, and machinery preventive maintenance.
Responsible for spare parts management to ensure parts on hand for breakdowns.
Preventative Maintenance process, line overhauls, building and facility maintenance.
Review daily maintenance delays/problems with operating supervisors for prioritization and correction.
Manage Robotic Automation systems: maintain existing systems, new systems in-house, develop specifications for getting systems built by external integrator/vendor.
Job Description:

- Assist in general maintenance including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automated equipment repair, and machinery preventive maintenance.
- Responsible for spare parts management to ensure parts on hand for breakdowns.
- Preventative Maintenance process, line overhauls, building and facility maintenance.
- Review daily maintenance delays/problems with operating supervisors for prioritization and correction.
- Manage Robotic Automation systems: maintain existing systems, new systems in-house, develop specifications for getting systems built by external integrator/vendor.
- Collaborate with the product development group to start production on newly developed products.
- Perform root cause analysis for any abnormal conditions/ failures, take required corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of such conditions.
- Source new tooling, work holding and production equipment, arrange their repairs and alterations, manage the maintenance cycle of the equipment.
- Respond to emergency situations (floods, fires, etc.) by assisting with the coordination, troubleshooting and communication of emergency activities as required.
- Effectively collaborated with other departments such as safety, quality, purchase, sales and production to ensure that key performance indicators are met and sustained, aligning resources, and sustaining systems as needed to ensure compliance.
- Manage complex projects to support business needs.
