WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATOR’S ASSISTANT
The Hallstead-Great Bend Joint Sewer Authority (HGBJSA) is seeking a qualified, ambitious, and dependable assistant for the wastewater treatment Plant Operator at a 0.5 MGD plant. Position is for a full-time laborer, requiring partial shifts on weekend and holidays. A PA driver’s license is required. Candidates must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and be able to traverse all aspects of the Plant and Pump Stations (including multi-floor stairs, soil inclines, etc.). Experience in wastewater collection and treatment a plus, but not required. Future pursuit of state certification available for the right individual.
