Job Description


Primary Job Duties:


  • Manage CIT-owned project team meetings by setting agendas, facilitating/documenting the meetings, and soliciting feedback from team members

  • Document meeting minutes and coordinate follow-up activities with internal and external stakeholders

  • Incorporate retrospective information into concise and deliverable action items

  • Oversee Mock GL testing, escalating as necessary, ensuring that teams are able to appropriately test their scenarios, and ensuring reporting completion by workstream leads

  • Serve as the point of contact/liaison between other departments and the CIT project team

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CIT and athena project specifics to be able to apply information to real-life scenarios and provide clarity

  • Communicate out and serve as the central point of contact for team-wide and market-specific initiatives

  • Update internal project trackers and project plans

  • Maintain relationships and processes with the implementation team for standard implementations into existing markets

  • Monitors, updates, and ensures accurate information on all CIT Monday boards related to standard implementations, tablespace standups, and their tracking

  • Oversees the completion of tasks for standard implementations of the IKS build team

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree

  • 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment

  • Meeting management / coordination experience

  • Knowledgeable about extended medical terminology

  • Experience with data collection and document management

  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
