The Plumber specializes in installing and maintaining plumbing systems used for clean water, sewage, and drainage.
The Plumber should be able to complete the following:
- Install pipe, sink, trap, washbowl, toilet fitting, drain, and plumbing fixtures.
- Repair and maintain pipe system, valve, faucet, trap, sink, and vent.
- Connect hot water heater, gas heater, or furnace.
- Test water heater, gas heater, or furnace for safety and mechanical compliance.
- Unstop clogged line. Repair sewer pipe.
- Perform minor carpentry and/or flooring repairs, and other related cleanup duties. Remove debris and empty packaging.
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to determine layouts and identify types and quantities of materials required.
