We are a Leading MEP Consulting Firm in the New York City Area.
Our Engineers work on high quality, high-profile, national and international projects. You will actively participate in the full project cycle, from the design phase through the final construction close-out. We offer excellent growth opportunities:
Responsibilities:

• Development of initial Plumbing and Fire Protection system concepts.
• Design of Plumbing and Fire Protection systems and development of Contract/Bid Drawings.
• Calculation of water, gas, sanitary/sewer and storm loads for utility coordination and system sizing.
• Ability to use Revit software
• Develop project specifications.
• Survey and evaluation of existing conditions.
• Construction Administration.
• Assist with Project Management.
• Work closely with architects and owners during the design and construction phases.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Fire Protection or Architectural Engineering.
• 5– 10 years’ experience designing plumbing and fire suppression systems.
• Strong working knowledge of building, plumbing, and NFPA codes.
• Revit software design experience.
• PE and/or CPD is preferred, LEED AP is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $89,963.00 - $124,073.00 per year
