Job description

Floret is a vegetarian restaurant at SeaTac Airport, looking for a Full Time (30 hours) Barista that is comfortable in a high volume, progressive, LGBTQ friendly environment, to work in the Grab and Go side of the Restaurant.

Position is a closing lead position--we close at 8 pm

Latte art and specialty coffee experience a huge plus! ( We train all our Team-members on how to free pour)

We are looking for someone that can always bring a positive vibe to the team, has no problem working almost constantly with customers, takes initiative on daily tasks, and is looking for long term employment.

Must be able to:

-Lift 50+ pounds

-Go up and down the stairs frequently

- Have recent experience in the coffee industry (understanding the gap during this pandemic)

- Have at least one year experience in a lead, management position, and ability to delegate.

-All new hires must be available to work weekends

-Pass TSA Background Check

-Provide Birth Certificate, SS Card, Food Handlers Card, and Current ID within a week of Employment.

-Previous retail experience is also a plus!
