D2D:

An enterprise level restaurant group client of Insight Global is looking for a Point of Sale Tier 2 Point of Sale Support Analyst. The POS Support Analyst will be a part of the menu management team for the client. This team is responsible for the support of digital menu boards, order ahead platforms, and routing them to back of house systems through integrated delivery. As a POS Support Analyst, you will be responsible for escalated tickets from franchisee and corporate owned locations of the client regarding POS functionality, server issues, updates, deployments, and hardware related issues.

MH:

2+ years of Tier 2 POS Support

1+ year of SQL scripting and table management

2+ years of strong excel experience (pivot tables, V-Look Ups)

Outstanding communication and work ethic

Service Now Ticketing Experience

Experience working in an Agile environment

Plusses:

Micros POS Support experience

VIGIL POS experience

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
