Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community inspired, passion-driven, Part-Time Seasonal Pool Attendant with a can-do attitude!

The Pool Attendant (PT) will work out of Larkin Village our residential community located in downtown Jolliet, IL.

The hours for the position are Monday - Sunday from 11:00 am - 7:00-pm. Schedule will vary depending on shift (Morning and Afternoon), to include shifts (11:00am-3:00pm and 3:00pm-7:00pm).

This is a seasonal position starting May 30th, 2023 and ending September 4th, 2023.

The success of the company is dependent upon the satisfaction of our residents. Our devoted staff maintains direct involvement in managing each of our properties and tending to their needs.

SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining efficient operation and upkeep of the pool and the surrounding area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain Daily Pool Logs
• Ensure all persons in the pool area have a community pass
• Enforce the rules and regulations of the pool area
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pool area
• Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or

residents

• Responsible for maintaining the required property uniform and ensuring a professional

appearance and attitude at all times

• Responsible for courteous and efficient response at all times
• Responsible for operating within OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards at all

times

• Responsible for thorough knowledge of and adherence to Richman Property Services, Inc.

policies and property Community Policies

• Various other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: A High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

EXPERIENCE: One to three months related experience and/or training; Any pool attendant experience is a

plus.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS:

• Ability to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds
• Ability to enforce rules in a clear and constructive manner
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
