RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the overall optimum efficiency and operation of the Business Lending Program for the Credit Union. Oversees the implementation of the credit union's delivery strategy for business lending. Management of the Relationship Managers and their pipelines to the expected sales results for the Credit Union. This role works with the CUSO to manage all decisioning, documentation and regulatory requirements expected in business lending. Promotes the delivery of Sun East's products and services.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field and business/commercial loan underwriting experience. At least two years of business lending experience in a federally regulated financial institution. Comprehensive knowledge of all federal lending rules and regulations. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner. The ideal candidate will have an energetic, positive and upbeat personality to interact with all levels of people to achieve the teamwork and necessary results. Proven ability to interface with, engage and inspire employees at all levels. Strong project management skills with proven ability to deliver results.
