Job Details for Poultry Farm Hatchery Manager:

• Monday-Friday, 5am start
• 8-10 hour shifts
• Located in Reading, PA towards Hamburg
• Starting $60-90,000/year

Job Responsibilities & Description for Poultry Farm Hatchery Manager:

• Supervising hatchery employees
• Ensure KPIs are being met
• Develop and implement SOPs including sorting, setting, hatching, and shipping of live animals
• Monitor thermometers, gauges, and chart recorders
• Planning, implementing, and communicating egg scheduling and baby scheduling

Job Requirements for Poultry Farm Hatchery Manager:

• BS/BA degree in related field required
• Minimum 5 years of equivalent leadership experience in a manufacturing/production facility required; animal or poultry facility preferred.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
• Animal welfare and GMP knowledge
• Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience
