Primary Responsibilities:

• MUST have experience as a Power BI / PowerApps developer
• High level experience with Power BI /PowerApps necessary
• Development experience with Oracle Databases and Oracle Apex environments a huge plus
• Ability to work quickly and evolve to changing requirements necessary
• Experience with varied dataflows necessary
• Apply, as appropriate, activity and data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis and modern business methods and performance measurement techniques
• Assist in establishing standards for information systems procedures
• Develops and applies organization-wide information models for use in designing and building integrated, shared software and database management systems
• Constructs sound, logical business improvement opportunities consistent with corporate Information Management guiding principles, cost savings, and open system architecture objectives
• Analyze and develops computer software processing a wide range of capabilities, including numerous engineering, business, and records management functions
• Develop plans for automated information systems from project inception to conclusion
• Analyze user interfaces, maintain hardware and software performance tuning analyzing workload and computer usage, maintain interfaces with outside systems, analyze down times and analyze proposed system modifications
• Analyze the problem and the information to be processed
• Apply, as appropriate, activity and data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis and modern business methods and performance measurement techniques
• Assist in establishing standards for information systems procedures
• Develops and applies organization-wide information models for use in designing and building integrated, shared software and database management systems
• Coordinate closely with programmers to ensure proper implementation of program and system specifications
• Assist with wireframe creation and requirements gathering
• Develop, in conjunction with functional users, system alternative solutions
• Meet with customer as needed
• Assist with documentation and the production of Deliverables and Artifacts
• Assist with documenting Standard Operating Procedures and User Guides
• Assist with Transition activities as needed
• Assist with aiding the government in the evaluation and analysis of division and program efficiencies, evaluation of level of effort, costs, demand, or other drivers that may be identified

Experience Required:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum three-five years of experience is required
• Ability to pass a US Public Trust background investigation for access to the client site and computing systems

Other Information:

• The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $110,000 annually.
