Compensation:

  • Annual Salary: $29,744
  • Hourly Pay: $14.30

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

The Family Support Coordinator is responsible for family finding efforts to support the work of the Prevention and Protection Services Unit in engaging families. The incumbent will reach out to extended family members to identify additional supports and engage them with helping to build safety for the family. The incumbent will work as a backup support for other family support coordinators that support PPS units within the southeast region to ensure PPS work is done timely and efficiently.. Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Education - General

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

Independent work experience in office support/clerical work including basic computer skills and software application skills. Ability to communicate effectively verbally, as well as in writing.

Licensing & Certification:


Pre-employment Requirements
:

Security Background Check through Kansas Bureau of Investigation

Special Qualifications:

Must maintain security clearance throughout employment
