We are seeking Practice Builder to join our national Landscape Architecture team in our office in Orange, CA. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic team environment on a range of projects including higher education, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality and resort, and community planning throughout the region for a wide variety of clients. Project experiences will be diverse as we provide services to both public and private sectors.

Responsibilities include the following:
- Site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic and technical expertise on public and private sector projects.
- Project Management/Task management on a variety of public and private sector projects.
- Staff and Team development
- Marketing and Business Development efforts
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture or Planning preferred
- Professional Certification as a PLA desired
- Experience with extensive client contacts and relationships with local or national clients.
- At least 10 years of experience growing and leading a public or private sector practice in Southern CA.
- Business development and marketing experience including; writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work
- Strong desire and ability to be engaged with clients solving project problems and working with the team to deliver.
- Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage and mentor staff and direct resources effectively in a positive manner.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably.
- Strong desire to help build and grow a new office.
