The Practice Coordinator is an integral part of the daily functions of the Clinic. We are looking for a candidate that is extremely detailed oriented and has a passion to help our clients and families. In addition, the Coordinator must be able to effectively communicate with multiple parties to
Position Key Accountabilities:
- Schedules and assists in conducting the initial tours and assessments.
Conducts intake of new patients.
Creates and maintains the daily schedules of clinic clients and therapists
Communicates daily with multiple parties to create a fluid day of therapy and accommodate for any schedule changes.
Complete daily billing for the therapy provided in a timely manner and report to the respective billing manager.
Maintains organization of patient records, billings, purchases, and inventory within each clinic and ensure compliance with Human Resources and Financial Management teams.
Makes administrative decisions requiring a comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of regulations, policies, and procedures.
Preforms other duties as assigned and needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent in education and experience
Must possess organizational skills and computer skills
Must exhibit maturity, flexibility, and the ability to deal with people effectively
Demonstrates organizational and time management abilities
Be available at all times, either in person or telephonically
Be able to read, write and comprehend English
MUST have COVID vaccine (per recent Texas Medicaid Regulations) - unless there is a valid medical or religious exemption
