Practice Lead
A Practice Lead will be responsible in investing the time in getting to really know the individual members of your team; getting conversant with their strengths and career aspirations; and coaching and helping (one-on-one) each individual member become even more successful. You will work with your assigned technical group, as a team, to identify and implement specific client projects; enhance the visibility of the group in their competitive arena.
The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Leading the whole, or a team within the Professional Services organization, taking into consideration capacity, revenue/gross margin forecasts, cost models, and competencies
- Understanding business objectives and strategy and be able to identify implications to IT as it relates to cloud/hybrid/on-prem infrastructure and application architecture
- Think through various solution options as it relates to complex business problems and provide recommendations to client
- Firm understanding of leading application and infrastructure frameworks
- Participate in business development initiatives
- Coach and mentor team members, along with educating broader organization on delivery capabilities and competencies
- Work closely with the team companywide to develop product strategy and delivery roadmap for clients
- Lead the architecture of strategic business transformations and programs through the successful deployment and integration of systems and processes.
- Remain current with trends in industry, determine priorities and roadmap for department
- Improve the service and value delivered to clients, secure “better” business, and work towards developing a dominant position is some niche areas of ITC
- Build and maintain a high performance team
- Travel up to 25%
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Technical background in multiple disciplines: VMware, Citrix, O365, Cisco or other networking infrastructure, Program/ Project Management methodology, ITIL, etc.
- 15+ years of technical experience
- 15+ years of position specific experience
- 10+ years mentorship experience
- 15+ years of Project/Client Engagement and Customer Facing

Salary Range: $170,000.00 – $190,000.00
The information above is required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act and applies only to individuals working in the state of Colorado. The anticipated starting pay range for Colorado applicants for this role is $170,000-$190,000. Actual compensation is impacted by a number of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, specific work location and any potential licenses and certifications required for the role.
