Svetness Personal Training is looking for a qualified appointment setter to join our fast growing team of professionals.
We are one of the largest in-home personal training companies in the United States currently servicing four different states of Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland, Florida, New York and New Jersey
Job Duties:
- Contact potential clients to set up appointments for a free consultation by our fitness consultant team
- Ability to search through the different channels such as for new clients and importing them into our system.
- Excellent customer service over the phone and the ability to respond to their needs
- The appointment setter should be able to make daily phone calls for approximately 3-4 hours between 9am-6pm
- The ability to interact and communicate with clients via phone, Email and social media is a MUST
- Experience in a call center or customer service position is preferred
- This position is Mon-Fri from 9am-6pm and requires the ability to work alone or among other staff members from time to time in our corporate office located in Leesburg VA
Job Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma
- Telemarketing or customer service experience is preferred
- Must be able to make phone calls, send emails and work on our social media altogether 3-4 hours per day
- Requires sitting for about 3-4 hours a day
- Requires working with the computer for 3-4 hours per day
- Must be able to work with various office equipment's
- Must be able to work with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be 18 years or older
