Job description
  • Follow all Offsite Services facility policies, including health & safety, building security, data security and harassment free work environment Follow all quality and process work instructions Review and process confidential and extremely time-sensitive applications as contracted by customer Maintain high degree of quality control and validation of completed work Ensure operating and quality standards are based on service objectives Maintain accuracy of required logs and reports Ensure highest level of customer care Follow all Corporate polices Participate in cross training Perform assigned tasks within the Mail/Document Prep and Document Scanning departments with supervision, including, but not limited to: Mail/Document Prep - Open documentation (mail, boxes, electronic media, etc.) manually or by use of high speed openers; Prepare documentation (mail, hard copy files, etc.) for the scanning process by client specific guidelines; Make any necessary copies on photocopy machines; Assemble document batches and/or page volumes; Process cash or check in accordance with security and operating policy/procedure; Perform daily key-operator document processing equipment maintenance; Re-assemble documentation for return to client; fill out all necessary paperwork (batch sheets, batch sign in and out sheets, spread sheets, etc.) Document Scanning - Operate network high speed production scanning equipment; Perform scanning and imaging tasks; Identify, classify and sort documents; Assemble document batches and/or page volumes; Process cash or check in accordance with security and operating policy/procedure; perform daily key-operator and maintenance for scanning equipment Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Ability to adapt to the changing, fast growth production environment in meeting customer expectations Ability to communicate both verbally and written Ability to meet company’s attendance policy Work experience in email and Microsoft Windows environment is required Detail orientated, maintaining high degree of quality control and validation of completed work Strong organization and administrative skill Proficiency with data input and data capture in a production environment May be required to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation Must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for long periods of time with or without accommodation. Detail orientated, maintaining high degree of quality control and validation of completed work and data input Experience: 1 – 2 years’ previous experience in Mail/Document Preparation and/or Document Scanning preferred Experience in healthcare, insurance or financial industries a plus Demonstrated knowledge and experience with computers Demonstrated knowledge and experience using scanning equipment preferred Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
