Description: We are Lockheed Martin

This position will provide support to the 1LMX project as follows: incorporation of 1LMX rates into existing tools ProPricer and Aeronautics Proposal Tool Suite (APTS) while collaborating with similar roles from other LM Business Areas; and new 1LMX ProPricer and BOE tool requirement definitions, functional specification writing, sandbox testing, and user training development. Individual will work with two existing career professionals from Aeronautics. The Core Estimating team provides Estimating & Pricing guidance for Aero such as: BOE and Proposal compliance; Training; Command media; Audit guidance; and assist users with the Estimating tools APTS and ProPricer.
This position is available in multiple locations, however, Fort Worth, TX is preferred.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experienced user of ProPricer.
• Experienced user of APTS (Aeronautics Proposal Tool Suite).
• Experience creating FAR 15 Proposals.
• Experience planning and leading projects to completion.

Desired Skills:

• Experience developing and presenting training materials.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel Data Analysis Functions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Macros/VBA or desire to learn.
• Knowledge of Aeronautics accounting and rate application structure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to include active listening, growth mindset and conflict resolution.
• Varied proposal experience across Lines of Business and/or programs.
• Ability to apply creative solutions to existing processes logically.
• Fort Worth, TX location to easily facilitate face to face meetings as needed.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $86,700 - $166,300. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $99,800 - $187,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
