We are seeking a Principal QA engineer , develop and deliver next-generation technologies within our Prisma Access team. We want passionate leaders who love to code and build great products. Engineers who bring new ideas in all facets of software development. We are looking for leaders who take ownership of their areas of focus and who are driven to solve problems at every level. Collaboration and teamwork are at the foundation of our culture and we need engineers who can communicate at a high level and work well with others towards achieving a common goal.

Your Impact

• Work closely with Product Management, Software Development & SRE Teams to test Prisma Access SW functionality, Scale & Customer Solution conformance
• Provide Technical Leadership in the areas of Cloud Based Orchestration, Solution Scalability, Networking, Automation Design
• Participate in system design to ensure Quality throughout the lifecycle of the Prisma Access Feature Development
• Develop and/or Enhance Automated test Infrastructure to enable building Scalable & Flexible tests that reflect real world network deployment scenarios
• Enhance Test strategies, Automation & Build infrastructure with feedback and analysis from real-world Customer deployments

• Expertise in Routing, Switching, BGP, L3 VPNs, DHCP and TCP/UDP Networking
• Expertise in Python automation
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast paced, innovative environment
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in a highly cross-functional team across different locations
• Experience with MySQL is a plus
• Knowledge of IPSec and GRE is a plus
• Experience with SD-WAN and/or Cloud Managed Networking or Security Infrastructure Products is a plus
• Experience in Rest API driven automation is a plus
• Experience with Cloud Technologies such Aws/Azure/GCP is a plus
• BS/MS in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent military experience required with 6+ years of relevant industry experience

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $166,600/yr to $269,500/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
