Overview

Responsible for exceptional delivery of financial services through a superior level of hands-on contact with high income earners or high net worth individuals. This is accomplished through customized credit, deposit, investment, insurance, and fiduciary solutions in a team dynamic.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop pipeline of high-net-worth individuals and businesses with the ability to develop Wealth Management, Banking, and Insurance solutions
  • A broad knowledge of Wealth Management, Insurance and Banking to effectively communicate guidance and solutions through a team approach to clients and prospects
  • Create visibility and a network within the bank and other professionals who work within Wealth Management marketplace that includes, but not limited to accountants, third-party consultants, and attorneys
  • Work with team to provide traditional bank and non-traditional bank solutions to meet the client’s needs: planning, investments, insurance, and fiduciary services
  • General knowledge of credit & deposit solutions expected by high-net-worth individuals
  • Service a loan portfolio, including managing loan exceptions and past dues
  • Build & maintain customer loyalty by remaining focused on exceeding client expectations
  • Maintain professional community relations, including leadership roles, to increase the bank’s visibility and new business opportunities, and to further professional development
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Cross-train, lead and develop team of associates to promote maximum productivity, engagement, succession planning and overall contribution to strategic organizational goals. (PBCA III only)

QualificationsFour-year college education

  • Minimum 5 years’ expertise in one or more of the following disciplines:Sales with High Client Net Worth

Insurance – Sales and or Service
Legal – Practicing Attorney or Estate Planning
Accounting – CPA or degree in accounting
Investment Planning – Certified or Experience with High Net Work Clients
Loan/ Deposit/ Banking – related work experience to include previous lending experience
Estate Planning – Experience with High-Net-Worth Clients

  • General Knowledge with more that one of the following:bank products and services including deposit and loan products

document preparation and new accounts systems
negotiable instruments or contracts
sales principles

  • Basic Knowledge of more than one of the following disciplines:Investment strategies implemented by High-net-worth clients

Estate planning strategies implemented by High-net-worth clients
Insurance strategies implemented by High-net-worth clients

  • Judgment in making loan decisions
  • Experience dealing with sophisticated clientele
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Advanced interpersonal skills
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships
  • Customer contact and sales and service skills
  • Ability to work with others
  • Prefer degree in Finance, Accounting, Insurance, Business, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Previous financial institution experience
  • Previous investment experience with 7, 63 or 66, and insurance licensure preferred

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
